Everything was great, including polite staff and incredible location near the seaside. The room was attractive and neat, I liked it.

We were there for 2 nights, overall had a fantastic stay. The room was light and cozy, breakfast was amazing. Pretty friendly staff with friendly service.

The area was expensive.

I stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was straightforward, with ideal location close enough to beach and the old town and the main promenade. Got a twin room when arrived, loved that. It was airy, beds were exceptionally comfortable and the property staff were brilliant. Easy check in & the service was good...

most staff were modern, attractive rooms. the beach was nice and blocks from the hotel. the breakfast was exceptional with a huge variety of goodies.

Quiet charm, perfect rooms, delightful staff. Our room had a fine bed and an absolutely gorgeous view. Strategic location, just a short walk away from plaza constitucion.

Brilliant location, helpful service and awesome breakfast. Walking distance to stores and a large shopping mall across the street. The room was silent and budget, and the beds were lovely. Pool was brilliant and there was a top-notch restaurant on site.

The location was top, the room was non-smoking and the beds were very comfy. Outstanding service, although a few employees were uncaring. Had complementary drinks in the downstairs bar. Fortunately, it had free wifi throughout the property.

The staff was FRIENDLY, and we had the benefit of just 5 minutes' walk right to la concha beach. You are about a 5-minute drive from Playa de la Concha. The location was near to everything we wanted to do.

If you want to visit la concha beach, you should stay here. Free WiFi was working perfectly. Room met what we needed: D
